We aim to deliver every Little Nook safely and carefully to your door. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Origin

Little Nook products are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment partners. Because of this, delivery times may be longer than standard domestic shipments.

Estimated Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays.
  • These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order ships. Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damage.

Lost shipments must be reported to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
