We want every Little Nook to bring joy, comfort, and smiles. That's why we offer a 30-day happiness guarantee, with clear guidelines to ensure quality and safety:
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted for any Little Nook that is damaged, defective, or unsatisfactory within 30 days of delivery.
- All return requests must include clear photos showing the issue. Returns cannot be processed without photo evidence.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or personal preference. Only items that meet the above criteria qualify for a return.
Coupon / Discounted Orders
Orders placed using a coupon, discount code, or promotional offer are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or refund.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at littlenook2026@outlook.com.
- Include your order number and photos of the Little Nook showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.
Return Processing
- Approved returns will receive a prepaid shipping label.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.
